Producers' Guild opposes Babu Mohan's allegations

Actor turned producer Babu Mohan had made some sweeping allegations against the producers' guild and also some producers. He blamed them for squeezing out small producers.

Babu Mohan had made the film Sammakka Sarakka Mahathyam with his son as hero. Babu Mohan alleged that the Nizam distributor cheated him and that his complaint was not acted upon by the producers' guild.

Secretary of the producers' guild TVS Prasad said that the guild had helped Babu Mohan at every stage. The problem that Babu Mohan is facing is because of not entering into a written agreement with the distributor.
