Balakrishna files a case against Lakshmi Parvathi

Hero Balakrishna had filed a case in the High Court against Lakshmi Parvathi some time back. In the petition, he said that Lakshmi Parvathi did not have anything to do with Basavatarakam Memorial Trust. The building on road number 13 belongs to him as he had purchased it.

Balayya appealed to the court to hand over the control of the trust to him. Balayya filed a reply affidavit to the counter filed by Lakshmi Parvathi. Balakrishna also said that Lakshmi Parvathi's marriage with his father NT Rama Rao also did not have legal sanction as she did not divorce her husband before marrying NT Rama Rao. Lakshmi Parvathi is only after name, fame and money said Balayya in his reply to the court.
