Gayathri, a thrilling entertainer for Dec.

Gayathri with the tagline 'Andaru Ammayilu Okkala Vundaru' has almost completed its shooting, but three songs have yet to be shot. Gayathri Rao who debuted as 'Appu' in Happy Days, is the heroine and Bhushan, grandson of Nagabhushanam, is the hero. Gayathri is a trained classical singer in Hindustani and Carnatic besides being a Kuchipudi dancer.

Director D. Sayendra Reddy elaborated, "The story tells of a girl who tries to save somebody and the problems she faces as a result. The film is a thrilling entertainer, with a strong screenplay and suspense is the mainstay of the flick."

Shafi is playing a negative role with M.S. Narayana, Vizag Prasad, Gundu Hanumanta Rao, Gauthamraju, Hema, Kallu Chidambaram, Gundu Sudarshan, Ravivarma, Srikrishna and Jayavani in the supporting star cast. Chakri has composed the music, Surendra Reddy has wielded the camera, Ram Lakshman and Satish have choreographed the fights with editing by Anirudra. Art is by Narayana Reddy, while story and direction are by D. Sayendra Reddy.

Gayathri will hit the screens in December.
