Jackie to play CBI officer

Shooting of Black and White, presented by Maithri Films Pvt. Ltd. and produced by P. Udaykiran under the banner of UK Avenue, introducing Srikanth Vemulapalli as director, with Rajiv Kanakala, Sindhu Tulani and Jackie Shroff in the lead, is going on at a brisk pace without any interruption.

Producer said, 'We will start shooting the climax from March 14.'

Speaking on the occasion, Jackie Shroff said, 'I have no objection to play roles in regional films if I get important roles. Recently, I played villain in Telugu film Astram and now I am doing the role of a CBI officer in Black and White as I liked the character very much. The hero and heroine unexpectedly get into trouble. My role is to save them from their problems. It is quite interesting.'

Raj Bharat, Sandesh, Jeeva, Uttej, Ali, Surekhavani, Sowmya, Arthi and others are in the cast. Camera is by Joshi, music is by Vijay Kurakula, and editing is by Marthand K. Venkatesh.
