Mahesh Babu teams up with Mumbai model

Pre-production works are in brisk progress for the forthcoming film of Mahesh Babu under the direction of Trivikram Srinivas. Already Parvati Melton was selected as the second heroine in the movie. But the selection of main heroine is yet to be made.

Though Deepika Padukone was considered for the role, she expressed her inability to adjust the dates. Later, Ileana's name was heard prominently, as her combination with the hero brought out a blockbuster like Pokiri, which erased the entire record of 75-year-old Telugu Film Industry. Though Trivikram was in favour of her, Mahesh Babu sought a new face opposite him in the female lead.

So the search is still on for a glam doll. It is learnt that Trivikram okayed a Mumbai model for the role and Mahesh Babu is also in favour of her. But it still remains a suspense, who is she. The film, which starts rolling in June, is being produced by Singanamala Ramesh.
