Adlabs' Cell hits screen on 15th August

Small budget movies with differently-themed scripts have benefited by the entrance of corporates like Adlabs, Pyramid Saimira, Reliance Entertaiment and many more still entering the film production and distribution segments of the Telugu dream factory.

Another new film in a niche genre is Cell, an Adlabs release, produced under Sravani Media Communications banner. The film is a crime thriller that the director says that the movie comes into a special genre called 'Shock' as the audience will come out of the theatre totally in shock. That is how different the film will be from the usual kind of 'masala' entertainer.

Prabhakar, Sameer and Nanda Kishore are popular actors on TV and this will be quite a novel break from their usual roles. The film is unique in a number of ways, one of them being that there is no heroine or any female character to add 'glamour'.

Nanda Kishore, who has an important role in the movie, was quoted as saying, "Telugu audiences are known to support new themes and new experiments. Cell will prove that it is a really a special entertainer, with no monotony."

The film is all set to release in 15 theatres with 12 prints on August 15th.
