Parugu celebrates 100 days

Directed by Bommarillu Bhaskar, produced by Dil Raju under Sri Venkateshwara Cine Creations banner, the Allu Arjun starrer Parugu with Sheela as Arjun's love interest has completed 100 days, having run successfully at 54 centres in the state. The event was celebrated by the unit members in Hyderabad recently. Allu Arjun cut a cake and took part in the celebrations.

Allu Arjun thanked the unit members for their efforts in making the film a hit. He had earlier said that from the time he saw Bommarillu, he wanted to do a pure entertainment film. "My wish has been fulfilled with this film. My character in this film will definitely stand out and will entertain all section of the audience," he said.

Prakash Raj plays a key role in Parugu as the heroine's father.
