Mee Sreyobhilashi completes half-century

The Rajendra Prasad-starrer Mee Sreyobhilashi, directed by Eswar Reddy, presented by C.C. Reddy and produced by Y. Sonia Reddy under the banner of Visu Films completed half-century (50 days) and a function was held to mark the occasion.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Rajendra Prasad said, 'Though I played several comedy hero roles, the character 'Raghuram' in Aa Naluguru gave me an immense satisfaction as an artiste. I was able to create an impression in the minds of people that Rajendra Prasad could not only make people laugh but could also perform if given a chance. If Aa Naluguru is not there, there is no Rajaji character in Mee Sreyobhilashi. After watching my performance in Aa Naluguru, producer C.C. Reddy selected me for this role. There are several angles in one's life. We can't portray all the angles in one film. While Raghuram character was projected in one angle, Rajaji role was portrayed in a different angle.'
