Samudra to direct Bhoomika

The yesteryear movie Mallepuvvu with Sobhan Babu and Lakshmi was a big hit. Now, Samudra is directing a film with the same title with Bhoomika as the leading lady. The only common factor between the two films is the name. The story is completely different.

Another speciality of the film is that it will be the debut of Samudra as producer. He is launching his banner, Sri Samudra Silver Screen. Shooting is expected to begin very soon. Ilayaraja will be scoring music.
