Sanghavi to grace the small screen

Sanghavi is now acting in a Tamil TV serial titled 'Gokulam lo Seetha'. Though she is acting in a couple of films, she has decided to move on gracefully to the small screen like many other illustrious actresses before her. She joins a long list of actors like Radhika, Meena, Simran, Raasi and Suhasini in switching over to the small screen to keep in touch with their fans.

Born Kaavya, this Mysore beauty caught the attention of Tamil moviegoers in the Ajith starrer Amaravathi. Then her performance in Sindhooram (Telugu) garnered her the Andhra Pradesh State Nandi Best Actress Award and Porkallam (Tamil) earned her the Roja award for Best Supporting actress.

Her career, which spanned about 15 years in the South film industry, saw Sanghavi playing many glamorous as well as meaningful character roles proficiently. Currently, Sanghavi has the title role in Indrani, which is in production.
