Sasirekha Parinayam out to capture the flood

Tarun
Tarun and Genelia are acting together for the first time under Krishnavamsi's direction in the tentatively titled Sasirekha Parinayam and now it seems like the title will stay. The unit is now shooting some key scenes at Patamata and the Kanakadurga temple in Vijayawada.

The unit will also shoot a few vital scenes at Nagarjunasagar Dam as well. The sequence could be mind blowing say sources, if the water pouring out of the massive flood gates can be captured on film. The last time such a scene was film was in Raj Kapoor"s Satyam Shivam Sundaram starring Shashi Kapoor and the sexy Zeenat Aman, quite a class act to follow!

Sunkara Madhu Murali is producing the flick under Sri Kartikeya Entertainments. Krishnavamsi had already worked with Kartikeya Creations to give the super hit Khadgam.

A gentle love story, which insiders say is inspired by the Hindi romantic comedy, Jab We Met, the movie is aimed at the family crowd with the usual bit of masala thrown in to cater to the front benchers.

The film has completed 80 percent of the shooting so far and will go into post-production soon. The music, composed by Mani Sharma, is expected to hit the markets on November 1st. The film"s logo was recently launched in a glitzy event in an upmarket venue in Vijayawada.
