Jagapathi Babu's Homam completes shooting

Shooting of Homam was completed recently. The film is directed by hero-turned-director JD Chakravarthy and produced by Koneru Kirankumar under the banner of Shreya Productions with Jagapathi Babu and Mamata Mohandas in the lead.

Producer said, "We shot the film in various locations in and around Hyderabad. Presently, post-production works are in progress. The film would be on the lines of Company and Satya of Ramgopal Varma as the movie was directed by his protege JD Chakravarthy. The film would be very interesting with the battle between mafia and the police. After a long time, Jagapathi Babu is playing in a complete action film."

"Nithin Raikwar has scored music for the flick. There are five songs in the movie. We are planning to launch the audio in the second week of March and release the film in April," he added.

The speciality of the film is that JD Chakravarthy also played a key role in the movie. Madhurima, Mahesh Manjrekar, Pradeep Rawat, MS Narayana, Brahmaji, Raja Ravindra, Ahuti Prasad, Dubbing Janaki are in the cast. Camera is by Bharani K Dharan, editing is by Bhanoday, lyrics are by Suddala Ashok Teja, art is by Satya, while screenplay and direction are by JD Chakravarthy.
