Gowri Pandit strikes back in style

After 4 years of self-imposed exile, Gowri Pandit returns to Tollywood through Houseful. Gowri"s first film Andhrudu (2005) was a super hit but she refused all the further offers that came her way and disappeared from the scene. She explains that she took a break because at that time she was confused and couldn"t reach a decision on what type of roles she should do. So she took a break from films and tried her hand at modelling for a while.

Now, that has all become the story of the past for she is making a comeback and this time, she means to stay longer. Gowri had a wonderful time working with the energetic team of Houseful and it was more like a picnic rather than shooting, she says. She is also doing a film by Manyam Ramesh and her role, in her own words, is that of a 'grey" character. Well, it seems that Gowri's comeback is going to be memorable and we are looking forward to seeing her on screen soon.
