Arti finally bags a meaty role in Neelaveni

Arti Agarwal, who played heroine in Gorintaku opposite Dr Rajasekhar, had got married and left for the US. After a few months, she returned to India, as her husband had given her the freedom to continue her acting career. However, she did not get enough opportunities in films as expected.

Now, she has got a chance to play heroine in a lady-oriented film Neelaveni to be directed by Bharat Parepalli and produced under the banner of MGR Combines.

Speaking on the occasion, the director said, “We are going to sets on June 27. The film is a heroine-oriented family drama." Mukul Dev, Posani Krishnamurali and others are in the cast. Lalit is scoring music for the flick.
