Balakrishna not to contest elections

Hero Balakrishna is now busy with the election work for the Telugu Desam party. Balakrishna is now playing a active role in the party affairs. He was widely expected to enter the political arena and contest the elections, either from Hindupur or Kurnool.

But Balakrishna has now put all speculations to an end. He has said that he has no intention of contesting the elections this time. He will restrict himself to just campaigning for the TDP. With Jr. NTR out of the action after his road accident, the onus is now on Balayya to carry out the road shows all by himself.

Balakrishna's new film Mithrudu is now in post-production and will be ready for release in the last week of April. Priyamani is the heroine and Mahadev is the director.
