Deva Katta to direct Prasthanam 

Director Deva Katta of Vennela fame is going to direct Prasthanam to be produced by Ravi Vallabhaneni, one of the producers of Vennela, on the banner of VRC Media and Entertainments, with Sharwanand as hero.

Producer says, “Deva Katta has shown exemplary talent as director, writer and lyricist in Vennela. He has prepared a fantastic story and is bringing it out for us. Sai Kumar is playing a key role in this movie. The story of film will have Vijayawada in its backdrop. We will go to the sets very soon. Mahesh Shankar, who has scored music for Vennela is again working for this movie. Savita Singh, who has worked for Phoonk by Ramgopal Varma and earned laurels for her expertise had agreed to wield camera for our movie."
