Jagapathi Babu in action drama Adhineta

Jagapathi Babu (also spelt Jagapati Babu) floored the audiences with his portrayal of an undercover cop in Homam. Now Jagapathi Babu and J. D. Chakravarthy are coming together to make Siddham, in which Jagapathi will act as an encounter specialist.

The action star with the rugged good looks has signed on a new film to be directed by V. Samudra and to be produced by K. K. Radhamohan under Satya Sai Arts banner. The film is titled Adhineta and is an action oriented family drama. Shraddha Das will be the heroine. The film's makers plan to launch it on January 17 and complete the shooting in a single schedule. Srikant Deva will compose the music and the Paruchuri brothers will pen the story and dialogues.

V. Samudra has already directed Jagapathi Babu in Sivarama Raju, which was an indisputable hit.
