Meera Jasmine to play lead in a horror film

Malayalam actress Meera Jasmine has signed the dotted line for a horror film. It will be be directed by Black and White fame Srikant Vemulapalli and produced by Amarnatha Reddy under he banner of Amaranthan Movies. Rajiv Mohan will appear in a pivotal role.

Speaking on the occasion, the producer said, “We're planning to launch the shooting on November 11 formally. The first schedule is planned shoot up to December 15 in Ramoji Film City. The next schedule would be in Chennai with which we will wrap up the shooting. The film is being made with a huge budget and will have a good amount of graphics. The film will have high technical values."

Director said, “It is a horror movie. Meera Jasmine would suit the character at best. Rajiv Mohan would play an important role. The film is being made with a different concept that was never touched by anyone on the Indian screen. We are considering Moksha as the title for the film."

Nazar, Rahul Dev, Rajyalakshmi and others are in the cast. Camera is by Venkat RP, while P Himabindu is the presenter.
