Mithrudu strikes the screen in April

The film Mithrudu with Balakrishna playing the title role is in brisk progress. The film has been delayed to a considerable extent on account of Balakrishna taking time off to campaign for the Telugu Desam party.

Mahadev, a disciple of Rajamouli is the director and Sivalenka Prasad is producing the film under the Vaishno academy banner. Priyamani is the heroine. Mani Sarma has scored the music for the film.

The film is being planned for release in the second week of April. Chandramohan, Dharmavarapu, Tanikella Bharani, Pradeep Rawat, Balayya, Jayaprakash Reddy, Hema, Jhansi and others are among the star cast.
