Kedi for sankranthi

Nagarjuna play the hero in Kedi presented by Annapurna Studios and produced by D Sivaprasada Reddy on the banner of Kamakshi Kala Movies introducing Kiran as director. Mamata Mohandas is playing the female lead opposite Nagarjuna.

Speaking on the occasion, Nagarjuna says, “The shooting is now in progress at Hyderabad. My character in this film is to dupe people through various means. At the same time, it will have different shades. As per the character, the title Kedi would suit at best for the film It is basically an action entertainer and its movement would be quite novel. Gambling and car-lifting would be the backdrop of the subject. The film starts in an entertaining manner and slowly turns serious. At the same time, the film will have romance that would attract the audiences. Director Kiran had a spark in him and he is very talented. The film is being brought out well. Sandeep Choutha"s music would be an asset for the film. The producer, who is in his silver jubilee year as a producer is producing the film with good values."

Producer Sivaprasada Reddy says, “We are very happy to make a film with Nagarjuna in this silver jubilee year. The film is coming out well. We are planning to launch the audio on December 25 and release the film as Sankranti gift in the second week of January."
