Puri declares release date before shooting!

Earlier there was a practice to announce the release day of a film on the day it starts rolling. But, the practice was shunned as several technical problems started erupting during the film shooting. However, Puri Jagannath has decided to follow the old tradition by announcing the release date even before the launch of the regular shooting of a film with Prabhas and Kangana Ranaut in the lead.

According to Puri, “We are planning to launch the regular shooting on March 18 and we will release it on August 15 at any cost. Though the film has action in its backdrop, the film would have a good message for the youth. We have prepared a story that perfectly suits the body language of Prabhas and I am confident that it would remain a blockbuster in Prabhas" career."

The film is being produced by Aditya Ram on the banner of Adityaram Movies with Puri Jagannath as the presenter. Nine more films are likely to come up in the combination of Aditya Ram and Puri Jagannath.
