Ram Dev, a good family drama

Shooting of Ram Dev directed by SK Basheed and produced by SK Kareemunnisa under the banner of SBK Films with Abbas, Akash, Saikiran, Gracy Singh and Archana in the lead, was almost complete but for the canning of a song.

Producer says, “It is a heavy budget mass and family entertainer." Director said, “We will complete the choreography of the balance song by the end of August. We had recently completed canning of two songs in Visakhapatnam. There are a total of six songs. The entire film has come out well. Though it is an out and out mass film, it has very good family drama. Comedy scenes shot on Ali, Hema, Sattenna, Venu, Surya, Chitram Sreenu and others would make the audiences burst into laughter. The dubbing activities of the film are also nearing completion. We are making efforts to release the film in September."

Paruchuri Gopalakrishna, Sangeeta, Kavita, Manju Bhargavi, Geeta Singh, Dasanna and others are also in the cast. Music is by MM Srilekha, cinematography is by Vijayasri, action is by Nandu, art is by KV Ramana, while Sk Abdullah is the presenter. Story, screenplay, dialogues and direction are by Sk Basheed.
