Rathri awaits the final countdown

Shooting of Rathri directed by Challa Bhanukiran and produced by R Kirankumar under the banner of Annapurna Cine Creations was completed recently and the film is now busy in post-production works.

Detailing the progress of the movie, the director said, “The subject of the film has different elements like suspense and horror. The movement would also be quite different from routine. We are confident that our film would attract all classes of audiences."

Producer Kirankumar commented, “We shot the film for 45 days without any break and we did not compromise at any point of time. There are five songs which are situational. Sayaji Shinde"s performance, movement of the story, SD John"s cinematography would remain as the highlights of our movie. Presently DTS work is in progress. We will complete all the pending works as soon as possible and have plans to release the film in April."

Preeti Mehra, Jeeva, Sameer, Srinivasa Reddy and others are in the cast.
