Sarayi Veerraju inspired from Aaru Saara Kathalu

Shooting of Sarayi Veerraju directed by DS Kannan and produced by Paruchuri Ramakoteswara Rao under the banner of Visalakshi Creations with Ajay as hero was completed recently. Now the film is busy in post-production activities.

Speaking on the occasion, the director says, “We prepared the story with an inspiration from the book Aaru Saara Kathalu penned by Raavi Sastry. We shot the film in Hyderabad, Chennai, Narsipatnam and also in Dubai. Including the theme song, there will be 10 songs in the movie. The hero character of the film is Saarayi Veerraju. He has 60 per cent of satire, 30 per cent of bravery and 10 per cent of honest, discipline and courage. The screenplay would be novel. In order to keep the nativity and originality, we made 180 persons of Narsipatnam play in different roles. The dialogues in the film would also be very natural."

Producer says, “We are planning to release the film in the third week of November. In fact, we are planning to release the film simultaneously in Telugu and Tamil languages and the Tamil version has been titled 'Vettattam". Ajay"s character would remain a highlight. Ramya is playing the heroine. Sri Sai scored melodious tunes to all the songs and there is a very good response to the audio which was launched recently." Madhylika, Mumaith Khan, Joginaidu, Dhanraj, Sattenna and others are in the cast. Camera is by Viswa.
