Tollywood's bubbly girl Charmi's upcoming heroine-oriented entertainer Sye Aata, directed by K.R.K. Pawan with debutant hero Ajay playing an important role, has been slated for release on March 27. The talkie part is already complete. The film is produced by Nalluri Rajasekhar, who earlier produced Yamagola Malli Modalaindi in 2007.
Sye Aata has been in the news for a long time for Charmi's willingness to act opposite newcomer Ajay. Sources say Charmi will appear in a more glamorous avatar in the film. Expectations are that she will outdo her 'Sree Anjaneyam' act in the film. Sye Aata has music by Devi Sri Prasad.
Meanwhile, Charmi's other much-hyped thriller Kavya"s Diary, produced by Sanjay Swaroop under his Indira Productions banner and directed by V.K. Prakash, is now all set for release shortly. Director V.K. Prakash said his movie has a lot of family values coupled with the feel-good factor. The story revolves around a close-knit family with small children but there will be some suspense, making this film a thriller. Mahesh Babu"s sister Manjula and Shashank are the other major actors. This is the second time that Manjula, Charmi and Shashank come together for a movie the first time was in Anukokunda Oka Roju (2005). Music is by Manu Ramesan and cinematography by Shyam Datt. Kavya"s Diary recently completed its shooting schedules.
