Mallanna set for release next month

Vikram and Shreya Saran are playing the lead role in the film Mallanna directed by Susi Ganeshan and produced by Kalaipuli S Thanu.

Director said, “It is a film that questions the economic imbalances. Almost all the songs of Vikram were rendered by himself, both in Telugu and Tamil languages. Devisri Prasad"s tunes would definitely attract the audiences. We have plans to launch the audio during this week and release the film in June."

Vikram said, “I would appear in different get-ups in this film due to a particular reason. Of them, I portrayed a woman"s get-up too. I am sure that the audiences would receive me well. There are several elements that would attract the children as well. In our society, a poor is turning poorer, while the rich is becoming richer. Basically, the film is a fight by the hero on these economic disparities."

The songs of the film has lyrics by Sahiti and cinematography by Ekambaram.
