Ram Gopal Varma's Appalaraju delayed

Director Ram Gopal Varma's Katha Screenplay Darsakatvam Appalaraju (KSDA) has been has also been postponed by at least one week. Like RGV's his previous movies, Sunil starrer has also been delayed as the director has not able to complete the shoot on time.

According to reports in the media, RGV is not releasing the movie on January 12 because several scenes have not yet been shot. The reports doing the rounds in the media suggest that the director has failed to get together all his actors on the required day. It is said that Varma requires 23 of his lead actors to be present on sets at one time.

Though the producer Kirankumar Koneru does not want delay further, RGV has asked for a postponement of more than a week. Katha Screenplay Darsakatvam Appalaraju, which is a satire on the Tollywood film industry was earlier scheduled for a January Sankranti release.
