Santosham film awards on August 8

The eight edition of the Santosham Awards will take place at International Convention Centre, Hyderabad, on August 8, 2010. The Santosham magazine announced the date and venue of the ceremony at a pressmeet yesterday. Santosham Editor Suresh Kondeti, actresses Tapasee, Richa Gangopadhyay and others were present at the press meet.

Santosham Awards, are presented annually by the magazine to honour both artistic and technical excellence of professionals in Tollywood, the Telugu language film industry. The awards began in the year 2003.

The award function will also see performances from many noted Tollywood stars.The event will be broadcasted on TV 9 channel.
