No more second leads for Shraddha Das!

Shraddha Das is not going to act in films, which portray her as the second lead anymore. The girl is presently on cloud nine as she is working with Bollywood director Madhur Bhandarkar's Dil To Bachcha Hai Ji and has made it clear to producers down south that if they want to cast her in their films, then, they will have to cast her as the film"s lead heroine.

The actress says that since she has already worked as one of the lead stars in a Bollywood film, it does not make sense for her to go back to playing supporting actress roles in Telugu ventures. Though Shraddha debuted with Telugu film and has worked in a couple of Tollywood flicks, it was through her Hindi film Lahore that the actress gained countrywide acclamation.

Lahore was not a commercial hit. But it won the attention of the critics and also went on to win the National Award. It was from here that she was noticed by director Madhur Bhandarkar, says Shraddha Das.

The actress has not signed any Bollywood venture after Dil To Bachcha Hai Ji and she is waiting for a meaty role in B-town. However, she is playing one of the female leads in Venkatesh starrer Nagavalli.
