Simha Axe auctioned for Rs. 5 lakhs

Venkat Garikapati and Jitender Atluri have won the bidding of 'Simha Axe'. The two NRIs from New Jersey bid the axe for huge amount of Rs. 5 Lakhs. The bidders received the axe from Balakrishna at a press meet organized by Movie Artistes"Association (MAA) Yesterday (October 5).

The charity auction was conducted by MAA. The amount will be used for the welfare of the poor artistes of Telugu film industry.

Actor Balakrishna, producer Paruchuri Prasad, Boyapati Sreenu, A.V.S, Shiva Krishna, MAA CEO Sekhar Sunkara and others were present at the event.
