Anushka Shetty storms into Bollywood

Anushka Shetty is all set to mark her debut in Bollywood. The actress has signed Ajay Devgn starrer film, which will be directed by Golmaal fame Rohit Shetty.

The movie is a remake of Yamudu, which is the dubbed version of Tamil blockbuster Singam. According to sources, the director considered a few names before considering Anushka. But finally he decided to cast her as she has played the female lead in original version as well.

However, versatile actor Prakash Raj, who played the role of Mayil Vaaganam in blockbuster Singam, will be portraying the same role in Hindi version of the film. The movie is produced by reliance big pictures.
