Chiranjeevi honoured with Lifetime Achievement Award

Chiranjeevi's fans, who are overwhelmed after the Megastar announced his re-entry to films, has yet another news to rejoice, as the actor has been honoured with Lifetime Achievement Award. The actor received the award from veteran actress Rekha at the 58th Filmfare awards (South), which was held at HICC in Hyderabad on Saturday.

The 55-year-old actor thanked the Filmfare for presenting him the award. Chiranjeevi said that legendary actor Kamal Hassan has received 14 awards and he has bagged a little more than half of what the Tamil superstar has got. The Lifetime Achievement Award is not end of his career, as he revealed that he would don the greasepaint again.

Rekha, who presented the award to the actor, said that she loves to act with Chiranjeevi and requested him to do a film in Hindi and in return, she will do one in Telugu film opposite him.
