Dasari Padma's death shocks Telugu film industry

Many celebrities in Telugu film industry were shocked to hear the news about the sudden death of Dasari Padma, who died yesterday at Appollo Hospital, Somajiguda following multiple health problems. Several stars rushed to Dasari Narayana Rao"s residence immediately after the news broke out.

Actors like Chiranjeevi, Mohan Babu, Krishna, Krishnam Raju, Jamuna, Jayasudha, K Raghavendra Rao, Allu Aravind, Srikanth, Manchu Manoj, Manchu Lakshmi Prasanna, VV Vinayak, Mehar Ramesh and many others visited Dasari Narayana Rao"s house and expressed their condolences to his family.

Dasari Padma was a leading politician from the Congress party. Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy, former Chief Minister N Chandra Babu Naidu, Ministers D Purandhareswari, K Pardhasaradhi, legislators Vatti Vasanth Kumar, Daggubati Venkateswara Rao and Undavalli Arun Kumar also paid their tribute to the departed soul for Padma.

However, Dasari Padma was a popular producer and had contributed several hit movies to Telugu film industry. She had even stood by her husband Narayana Rao in all hard times. Her sudden demise has doomed Narayana Rao in pool of tears. Her funeral will take place today at their farmhouse in Chevella.
