officials
raided
the
houses
and
offices
of
the
producers,
Anil
Sunkura,
Ram
and
Gopi
Achanta
on
Monday.
It
has
now
made
the
makers
of
Dookudu
to
produce
the
proofs
for
their
claims
on
the
collections
of
the
recently
released
Telugu
film.
According
to
sources,
the
above
named
producers
were
not
in
the
city
during
the
raids.
It
is
said
that
they
quizzed
the
employees
about
VAT
dues
and
the
overall
collections
of
Dookudu.
It
is
said
that
the
I-T
sleuths
have
been
closely
monitoring
the
developments
related
to
the
Telugu
movie
collections.
They
have
also
seen
the
the
Box
Office
reports
of
Mahesh
Babu
starrer
film.
The
sleuths
have
seized
some
paper
ads
and
other
documents
during
the
raid.
Producer
Anil
Sunkura
had
recently
told
media
that
Dookudu
has
collected
Rs
101
crore
in
its
50
day
run.
In
India,
it
has
raked
in
Rs
80
crore,
which
is
now
under
the
I-T
scanner.
However,
if
the
figure
appears
to
be
true,
then
the
movie
bosses
have
to
pay
11
percent
of
that
collections
in
VAT,
which
approximately
comes
around
Rs
8
crore.

Babu,
Samantha
