Ileana game for item song?

We heard not long ago that actress Ileana D'Cruz would do an item song in director YVS Chowdhary's film, Rey, starring megastar Chiranjeevi's nephew Sai Dharm Tej. However, the director said that he would not make her an item girl.

"The news is totally false. I introduced her and I am happy that she's become top actress but I would never think of her casting in an item song," The Times of India quoted the actress as saying. “Am really glad that she's acting opposite Rajinikanth, and doing remake of 3 Idiots and a Hindi film. Why would she do an item song at this stage of career? Even if she does for me, I am not kind of person to obligate the stars," he added..

It may be recalled that it was YVS Chowdhary who introduced Ileana to the Telugu film industry through Devadas.
