Telangana
(JBT)
has
landed
in
censor
trouble.
The
movie,
which
was
supposed
to
release
this
Friday,
has
been
postponed
as
the
Censor
Board
has
raised
objections
for
some
scenes.
JBT,
which
went
for
censor
yesterday,
has
irked
the
board
members.
According
to
sources,
they
have
told
the
makers
of
the
film
to
chop
some
scenes
fearing
that
it
could
create
law
and
order
problems
in
Andhra
Pradesh.
The
movie
based
on
Telangana
agitation
will
be
re-censored
by
the
CBFC
revising
committee,
says
report.
“If
the
committee
feels
that
some
cuts
are
needed,
it
will
be
communicated
to
the
producer/director
who
will
also
be
heard
by
the
committee," Times
of
India
quoted
Regional
CBFC
officer
Dhanalaxmi
as
saying.
However,
director
N
Shankar
said
that
the
movie
does
not
contain
any
objectionable
scenes
and
it
is
made
on
facts
and
truth.
