Kajal Aggarwal replaces Shruti Hassan in Junior NTR's Dammu

Kajal Aggarwal, who was not having any project post Dhada, has bagged a biggie. The actress has replaced Shruti Hassan in the forthcoming Telugu movie Dammu, which stars Junior NTR in the lead.

Sources say that Boyapati Seenu has signed Kajal Aggarwal to play the female lead role in Dammu. The director was not keen to delay the project after Shruti Hassan opted Aamir Khan's film to his film. He knew that the Magadheera actress did not have any other project other than Tamil movie Maatraan and approached her with the script, claims a report.

It may be recalled that ace filmmaker spoke high about the forthcoming project last month. “Tarak played 4 songs from Dammu. Never heard such high energy songs from MMK b4. Though it is too early to comment I am getting a feeling. Boyapati Garu is going to redefine MASS films with this one." He explained on Twitter.

Dammu is directed by Boyapati Seenu and produced by KS Rama Rao.
