Chaos
over
the
fate
of
Nagarjuna's
Rajanna
has
come
to
an
end,
as
the
Andhra
Pradesh
Film
Chamber
of
Commerce
has
given
green
signal
for
its
release.
However,
it
has
banned
director
and
the
father
of
SS
Rajamouli,
S
Vijayendra
Prasad
for
cheating
a
few
producers.
According
to
reports,
the
Andhra
Pradesh
Film
Chamber
of
Commerce
decided
to
impose
the
ban
on
S
Vijayendra
Prasad
and
his
films,
after
producer
Metikonda
Muralikrishna
filed
a
case
against
him
for
not
refunding
his
Rs
36
lakhs,
which
the
filmmaker
had
taken
a
long
ago
for
providing
a
story
and
screenplay.
He
has
allegedly
sold
the
same
story
to
a
couple
of
producers.
Acting
on
the
complaint,
the
apex
body
felt
that
banning
his
latest
movie
Rajanna
could
be
unfair
because
the
forthcoming
Telugu
movie
has
been
in
making
since
a
year.
Sources
say
that
the
APFCC
wanted
to
send
a
strong
message
for
all
those
ill-doers
and
big
names
like
S
Vijayendra
Prasad
will
also
not
be
exempted.
As
a
result,
he
cannot
accept
any
new
project
from
now
on
until
he
falls
in
line.
