Navdeep's brush with law; booked for abusing

Navdeep has been caught on the wrong side of the law again. The actor, who had a brush with the law for DUI (Driving under influence) last year, has been booked for abusing a few engineering students.

The 26-year-old has been accused of strong-arming two engineering students. It is said that they misbehaved with his girlfriend at a restaurant for which he and his friends assaulted them.

Reacting to the allegations, Navdeep said that he was talking on the phone and was not present at the place, when the eve-teasing episode occurred. After he returned to the table, his friends were upset and explained the whole incident.

However, on their way back home, his friends spotted them near an ice-cream parlour and immediately they called police. His friends booked them against eve-teasing. But Navdeep has refused that he has misbehaved with them.

Meanwhile, the students have also filed a case against them for assaulting them. The Madhapur cops, who are investigating the case, have quizzed the other guests, who were present at the hotel, as the CCTV camera was not in working condition.
