Dr.Rajasekhar injured on Mahankali sets

Dr.Rajasekhar has been injured on the sets of his upcoming Telugu film Mahankali. The incident happened in Chennai during the filming of an action sequence and soon he was rushed to the nearby hospital.

The actor reportedly bruised his face and suffered fractures in his leg and hand. It occurred, when he fell over a heap of stones. The action sequence was being choreographed by stunt master Kannal Kannan.

Reports claim that he is out of danger and the doctors have advised him to be in complete rest for a few weeks.

Mahankali is directed by his wife Jeevita Rajasekhar.
