Ram Charan moves on to next after dropping Merupu

After being in the news for more than a year, Merupu has been finally shelved due to its large scale budget. Well, Ram Charan Teja, who tried to stick to the project, has now decided to move on from the project. Sources claim that the Telugu star is gearing up for his next flick.

Merupu was dropped after megastar Chiranjeevi intervened and suggested Dharani to rework on the script and reduce the budget. He urged the director to decrease the budget, as the Telugu film industry suffered huge losses last year, including Ram Charan Teja"s Orange.

Dharani, who was in no mood to comprise on the movie, walked out of the project. Else Ram Charan, who was keen on the project, was left with no options. Therefore, he decided to move on. Now, latest we hear is that he has given the green signal for Sampath Nandi"s project.
