Ram scores century with Kandireega

Ram and Hansika Motwani starrer Kandireega has completed its 100 day run at the most of the theatres in Andhra Pradesh. The movie, which was released on August 12, has been declared as one of the superhit movies of 2011.

Producer Bellamkonda Suresh has thanked the fans for making Kandireega a hit movie. He praised the efforts of director Santosh Srinivas for making a decent family entertainer. The movie made with the budget of Rs 18 crores has earned more than 40 crores, says a trade report.

However, the producer, who had a fallout with Ram after the release over remuneration issues, did not mention Ram's name for the movie success. Santosh Srinivas directorial Kandireega was a romantic-comedy film. The movie also features Aksha, Sonu Sood, JP reddy, Chandra Mohan, MS Narayana, Brahmanandam and others in the cast.
