Rana Daggubati's movies are hitting the headlines for all the wrong reasons. While his debut Bollywood movie Dum Maaro Dum is in trouble for its derogatory remark on Goa, his Telugu movie Nenu Naa Rakshasi's music has landed in rip-off controversy.

The audio of Nenu Naa Rakshasi, which was released on April 10, has irked legendary singer Michael Jackson fans, as a song from the film is copied from MJ's single 'leave me alone...'. The song 'padithinammoo...' sounds similar to Jackson's popular song. The music of the film is scored by newcomers Vishwa and Rahman.

Vishwa has admitted that the song is inspired by MJ's classic, 'leave me alone...'. He defends that he has modified it by using 'Mohana' raagam and 'Madhyamavati'. The musician himself has crooned the song and penned the lyrics of the controversial number.

A leading daily has reported that the rip-off does not end here. In fact, the whole album itself is inspired or copied from popular English songs. However, Nenu Naa Rakshasi is directed by Puri Jagganath, which stars Rana Daggubati and Ileana D'Cruz in the leads. The movie is all set to release on April 28.
