Shaam hits jackpot, bags Salman's film

Shaam, who played the role of a tough cop in Telugu movie Kick has enacted the same character in its Tamil version, Thillalangadi. He has also been signed for the Kannada remake. Now, even Bollywood actor Salman Khan wants him to portray the same in the Hindi version.

The actor has been reportedly approached by the makers of the Hindi version of the film. Salman Khan, who has seen the Telugu movie Kick, has liked Shaam's performance and has told the movie bosses to rope in the actor.

Sources close to the actor have confirmed the news that he would soon make his Bollywood debut. It will be a rare achievement for an actor to play the same role in four different language films, adds a source.

Meanwhile, Shaam is busy with three Telugu movies like Veera, Tholainthu Ponavargal and Junior NTR's next film. Salman Khan starrer Kick is directed by Shirish Kunder. The movie is expected to hit the floors in October 2011. Other details about the cast and crew of the movie are yet to be revealed.
