Shazahn Padamsee zeroed in for Ram Charan's Merupu

The grapevine is abuzz with the news that Shazahn Padamsee has been roped in to play the female lead in Ram Charan Teja starrer Merupu. She is said to be replacing Kajal Aggarwal, who has walked out of the project citing date issues.

Director Dharani has reportedly zeroed in Shazahn to play the love interest of Ram Charan in the film. She made her Tollywood debut in Orange. Her chemistry with the lead actor was also received well by the audience. So, the director has finalized her to cast in the film. Nonetheless, the makers of the film are yet to confirm the news.

Ram tweeted, “Merupu story has been finalized and has cum out grt, highly entertaining commercial movie, waiting to start shoot. " However, the movie will hit the floors by next week.
