Sonu Sood to play a cop in Puri Jagannath's Buddha

Sonu Sood has played variety of characters in his 12-year career, from being a prince in a periodic film to the corrupt politician. But the actor feels that one can make a mark in the industry only after essaying a role of a cop.

Now, the 37-year-old actor will be playing his dream roles in his next two flicks. One in Puri Jagannath's Buddha, where he will share the screen with Amitabh Bachchan. Sood goes on to tell that Puri is one director, whose films have high-impact dialogues that will be loved by the audience and since he has a good rapport with him, it will be a fun to work.

While Puri"s Buddha will have a comic element to it, Kabir Kaushik"s film is based on the underworld. In which Sood once again plays a police officer role.
