Tamanna
Bhatia,
who
has
kept
herself
busy
of
late
in
the
Telugu
film
industry,
might
have
to
extend
her
stay
in
the
Tollywood,
as
she
is
likely
to
be
banned
for
visiting
Sri
Lanka
from
the
Tamil
film
industry.
The
actress,
who
is
filming
Ram
Charan
Teja's
next
film
in
the
island
nation,
has
irked
several
Tamil
groups
and
they
have
called
for
a
ban
on
the
actress.
Some
of
the
Tamil
groups,
including
director
Seeman's
Naam
Thamizhar
Iyakkam
have
raised
voice
against
Tamanna
Bhatia
for
going
to
Sri
Lanka.
Earlier,
in
a
bid
to
condemn
the
Sri
Lankan
government
on
killing
of
innocent
Tamils
in
the
island
nation,
the
office
bearers
of
the
Kollywood
had
passed
a
motion
not
to
go
to
the
trouble-hit
country
for
the
film
shoots.
It
may
be
recalled
that
Asin
Thottumkal
had
faced
the
wrath
of
the
Tamil
film
industry
after
going
to
Sri
Lanka
for
the
filming
of
her
Bollywood
flick
Ready.
She
narrowly
escaped
from
a
ban
after
she
claimed
that
the
shoots
were
planned
much-before
the
motion
against
visiting
the
island
nation
was
passed.
