Venkatesh-Trisha's Bodyguard remake launched

Venkatesh and Trisha starrer Bodyguard remake was launched on the auspicious day of Ugadi yesterday at the Rama Naidu Studios. Venky's father D Rama Naidu tapped the clap for the first shot, Seenu Vytla gave green signal for the film by switching on the camera for the muhurat scene, which was directed by VV Vinayak.

Speaking at the occasion, Venkatesh said that he is happy to be part of the project. He is pairing with Trisha for the third time and hopes that their chemistry works this time as well. Trisha said that she is excited to act again with Venky and she has got good role in the film. However, Ganesh Babu, Achi Reddy, Dil Raju, Suresh Babu and other dignitaries attended the function.

Gopichand Malineni of Don Seenu fame is directing the film, which is produced by Bellamkonda Suresh. The untitled movie has Taman's music for which Bhaskarabatla Ravikumar and Ramajogayya Sastry will pen the lyrics. Prakash Raj, Venu Madhav, Subbaraju and others are in the cast.
