Venkatesh-Srikanth team up for Meher Ramesh's movie

Multi-starrer movie is a latest trend in the Telugu film industry. After Venkatesh and Mahesh Babu starrer Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu and Balakrishna and Nagarjuna's proposed remake of Malayalam movie Christian Brothers, now the latest to hear is that Venky is gearing up for another more-than-one starrer film by teaming up with Srikanth.

Grapevine is abuzz with the news that Venkatesh and Srikanth are joining hands again. The stars are teaming up in Meher Ramesh's upcoming movie, which will start its regular shooting in January 2012. It was earlier said that Jagapathi Babu would be starring alongside Venky but as the Gaayam star was roped in for a Tamil movie with Vikram, the makers of the film choose Srikanth, claims a report. Earlier, they acted together in the films like Abbayigaru, Sankranthi, etc.

The upcoming Telugu movie is produced by Paruchuri Kiriti and Kona Venkat & Gopi Mohan have written the script. It is reported that Richa Gangopadhyay has been roped in to play Venkatesh's love interest in the movie.
