Don't call me Ram Charan Teja: Chiru's son

Everyone calls Telugu actor Chiranjeevi's son Ram Charan Teja, but his actual name is not exactly that. The budding Tollywood star has requested all his followers on his Twitter to refer him as only Ram Charan. He has also asked the media to strict to this name as it is the name given by his parents.

Today, the Telugu actor took to his Twitter account to request his fans. On his micro blogging page, Ram Charan wrote, “My dad named me ram charan not ram charan teja. So I feel good wen people call me just “ram charan” I also request the media to note this (sic).”

Ram Charan is now basking on the big success of his recently released movie Racha. The Telugu actor is currently in Mumbai and he is busy shooting with Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra for his debut Bollywood movie Zanjeer, which is the remake of Amitabh Bachchan's 1974 classic film with the same name.

However, the Telugu actor is popular as Ram Charan Teja ever since he debuted in Telugu film industry in 2007. With this name, he went on to make two of his films a blockbuster success in his career. Many think that this is a very lucky name for him and also it is proved numerologically. Now, a section of people feel that ditching the last word in his name might affect his career.
